These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of LaterOn's services, including the LaterOn website (https://lateron.email) and any related applications, features, content, or services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1.1. You must register an account with LaterOn to access certain features of the Service. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any unauthorized access to your account.
1.3. You agree to promptly notify LaterOn if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.1. LaterOn provides a buffer or email collection service for newsletter subscriptions. By using the Service, you authorize LaterOn to collect and process emails on your behalf for the purpose of subscribing to newsletters.
2.2. LaterOn may use artificial intelligence (AI), including but not limited to Anthropic technologies, to generate summaries or perform other tasks related to the Service.
2.3. You understand and agree that LaterOn may access, analyze, and process the content of emails collected through the Service to provide the intended functionality.
3.1. LaterOn uses Gumroad for payments in USD and Xendit for payments in IDR. By making a payment through the Service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateways.
3.2. LaterOn does not store or process payment card information directly. All payment transactions are securely handled by Gumroad or Xendit, and LaterOn does not have access to your payment card details.
4.1. The Service may contain content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, that is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to LaterOn or its licensors.
4.2. You may not modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content obtained from the Service unless expressly authorized by LaterOn.
5.1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
